I received two pretty awesome rejections. The first, from Ninth Letter, was personal and offered me some really useful feedback on the story in question. When it’s done making the rounds, if it doesn’t get picked up, I’ll definitely make some changes. That was a very poorly constructed sentence. Rose Metal also passed on the manuscript I sent them but again, they sent me a very kind rejection saying that it wasn’t a quite right fit and other top secret things I cannot tell you about. They are having a chapbook contest through December 1. Submit your manuscripts.
I have work in the November issue of Hobart and up at HaHa Clever. I am interviewed at Storyglossia.
